I like to gauge what methologies are going to work for them, rather than make them mold to a single methodology.

I strongly engage empathy, person centered approaches as well as psychoeducational materials and worksheets.

I like to help the client, but help the client help themselves.

I love to be able to cheer a client on and encourage them.
